In response to the increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. caused by the Delta variant, our protocols and requirements include pre-cruise testing for fully vaccinated guests and an onboard mask policy for all guests. The guests who have sailed on our vaccinated cruises have responded very positively to our protocols, and we are happy with the guest experience we are able to deliver.

Vaccinated cruises are available for guests who have received their final dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the sailing date. Guests will be asked to confirm their status as fully vaccinated by completing their pre-cruise vaccine attestation and presenting proof of vaccination at the time of check-in, as follows:

Original vaccination record issued by the country’s health authority that administered the vaccination (i.e., U.S. CDC’s Vaccination Record Card).
The name and birth date on the vaccination card must match the guest’s travel documents and show the guest is fully vaccinated, i.e., the guest has received the required doses of an approved vaccine no later than 14 days prior to the sailing date. Additionally, fully vaccinated guests must present the negative results of a COVID-19 test (PCR or Antigen) taken within 3-days prior to the sailing date.

Vaccinated guests do not have to maintain physical distance on board and when at a destination, they may enjoy a Carnival-operated tour or independent sightseeing. Families traveling with children should know we are currently not planning to offer our Camp Ocean supervised children’s program on their cruise.

Masks are required in the terminal during the embarkation and debarkation process, on any transportation, including water shuttles, at indoor venues where people congregate, including the dining rooms and Lido Buffet prior to being seated, lounges and theaters, retail shops and elevators. Children under 2 are exempt from mask wearing requirements. There will be signage on board, and we ask all guests to follow this request.

Please look for a one question pre-cruise vaccine attestation email which needs to be completed for every person on your reservation as soon as you receive it.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through our restart plans. We look forward to welcoming you on board.
