OUR STANCE:

WE DO NOT REQUIRE VACCINATION TO JOIN US!  HOWEVER SOME COUNTRIES MAY REQUIRE OTHER TYPES OF VACCINES NOT RELATED TO COVID TO ENTER. (Example: AFRICA)

WE DO NOT CHECK FOR VAC CARDS, THAT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE AIRLINES. WE DO NOT SUPERCEDE  AIRLINE POLICY.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING THE REQUIREMENTS TO TRAVEL TO ANY COUNTRY.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR TRIPS BASED ON YOU NOT WANTING TO COMPLY OR NOT KNOWING A COUNTRIES REQUIREMENTS.

EVENT POSTPONEMENTS OR ITINERARY CHANGES due to COVID19 OR INCIDENTS beyond our control can also happen. HOWEVER, should it happen to your event,  we ONLY offer potential TRAVEL VOUCHERS for future travel. We do not offer refunds.

International Travel

WHILE VACCINATIONS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. They are no longer required to travel with us internationally, as long as the country does not require it. Should a country change its position & you have a package with us and do not want to comply, We DO NOT offer refunds. We may however offer a future travel voucher.

This change in our policy does not mean that ( negative test & perhaps health registrations) won’t be required, they very well may be, you are now responsible for being informed on this matter. IF A COUNTRY DOES REQUIRE VACCINATIONS, we do not check for Vac Cards, that is the job of the airlines you are traveling with. The airline will confirm with you ( independent of us). We have nothing to do with that process. If you wait to get to the airport to find out the country’s requirements, there will be no refunds or travel vouchers. So you are encouraged to plan responsibly.

Domestic Travel
Most events do not require vaccinations but should something change, at the last minute, and you do not want to comply with whatever the updated requirement may be, you agree to accept a potential INHOUSE Travel Voucher for future travel.

POSTPONEMENTS & ITINERARY CHANGES due to COVID can happen, though not likely:

PLEASE NOTE:
THIS POLICY COVID SUPERSEDES OUR CURRENT TERMS & CONDITIONS IF THE CHANGES TO OUR EVENTS ARE RELATED TO PANDEMIC.

WHY? Because we are a travel company. We plan & book out our events 360 – 425 days in advance. In order to not interrupt travel plans we have to set up guidelines that allow us to plan with confidence and provide the experience you expect. The above requirements are also in line with the current trends of the travel industry. Thank you for understanding and complying in advance.
