We move together, or we move smart. No wandering off without letting family know your intentions.
Here’s how we keep it tight:
- iPhone users: Please share your location with your fellow iPhone cousins for the duration of the trip.
- Android users: Send your host a message on this platform with your whereabouts and who’s with you.
- Stay Connected: If someone asks, “Has anyone seen [Name]?” — someone in this group should have an answer.
Important Reminder:
If you wander off, oversleep, ignore calls/messages, or miss any planned activities, flights, or group updates — it’s on you.
We’ll do our best to help, but ultimately, you are responsible for keeping up with the group.
Please:
- Stay aware of the group’s plans and daily movements.
- Review the itinerary carefully.
- Do not venture off on travel days (when flights are involved). These are high-pressure days with lots of moving parts — don’t risk it!
Now about luggage:
The flights we’ll be taking are a little different from typical U.S. flights.
We shared the baggage requirements (especially weight limits) in your itinerary.
Reminder: You are responsible for your own baggage fees and any personal packing needs. We do this to give everyone flexibility with what they bring.
