In the rare event that a trip is postponed or changed due to circumstances beyond our control—such as public health emergencies, extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, travel provider issues (venue, cruise line, or third-party travel provider changes to itinerary) or global pandemics—we do not issue refunds. In these cases, guests may be eligible for a Future Event Voucher to use toward a rescheduled or alternate experience.
