I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: *

I hereby release PLATINUM ENTERPRISE GROUP SERVICES (“PEGS”) AND SET NETWORK (“SET"), and its affiliates, successors, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action arising out of or relating to the business transaction booked with PEGS and/or SET.

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: *

As per the policy, linked below, all funds paid are NONREFUNDABLE. If my booked event is canceled, I will receive a voucher issued by PEGS and/or SET for another event at another time.
I am fully aware of, and accept, the risks and full responsibility of traveling both domestic or internationally.
I am fully aware of the details of the event I am attending. The event may include, but not be limited to, the consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or Loud Music. I have also been made aware of 3rd party excursions which I have purchased. PEGS and/or SET have no liability for such excursions, which may include substantial amounts of walking and self-responsibility for luggage.
I agree I am responsible for any damages related to my travel. I acknowledge I am traveling & partying at MY OWN RISK. I am responsible for any incidents or accidents related to my travel.
Though unlikely, injuries of any sort are my responsibility. Any health issues which may arise during travel, or after attending is 100% my responsibility.
I acknowledge I am aware of the times, locations and responsibilities of all “packaged” items- flight, hotel, events and excursions- which I have purchased as part of my travel.
I acknowledge that PEGS and SET MAY NOT and DO NOT supersede promoter or hotel rules and guidelines.
I acknowledge that if I am asked to leave or removed from a hotel or travel because I have failed to comply with any required rules, PEGS and SET are NOT responsible for finding me suitable alternative arrangements AND all funds paid shall be forfeited. (Failure to comply with rules shall include, but not be limited to, removal from hotel or any travel related events for smoking, disruptive behavior, or untimeliness)
I agree, accept and acknowledge that I have received all parts or accepted variations of my package purchased.
I agree, accept, and acknowledge that all of the above statements can and will be used for my prosecution- misdemeanor or felony- based on the amount paid for travel, if there are any questions from banks or the judicial system regarding the payment, failure to pay, chargebacks or disputes related to travel.
