Important Arrival & Event Info – Please Read Carefully

1. Jamaica Entry Requirement:

Before boarding your first flight, you must register at enterjamaica.gov.jm to be allowed entry into the country.

2. Hotel Info:

You’ll be staying at RIU Hotel Montego Bay – Ironshore.

3. Passport Requirement:

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.

4. Event Updates:

Be sure to review the latest event lineup. Some event times and themes have changed.

After Immigration:

If you purchased transfers: You should have already received detailed arrival instructions.

If you didn’t get arrival instructions from us: That means transfers were not included in your booking.

At the Hotel:

Check-in: Head to the front desk. If your room is ready—great. If not, drop your bags and enjoy the resort until the standard 3:00 PM check-in time.

After check-in: The hotel will direct you to our onsite team. We’ll provide your party pass, gift bag, and event access.

Our hours: Friday | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Room Deposit: The hotel may require a credit card or cash deposit—check with the front desk for exact details.

All-Inclusive Package Info:

• All meals and drinks (including alcohol) are included while on hotel property.
• If you go off-property, food and drinks are at your own expense unless otherwise noted.

In-Room Amenities:

• Your room includes a daily restocked minibar with beer, water, and soft drinks.
• Familiarize yourself with food/bar service hours around the resort.

Event Transfers:

• Transfers to events are included only if they were purchased or listed in your online account.
• Access to transfers is regulated by wristbands—please check your account in advance to confirm.

Excursions:

• All excursions include transportation (these may differ from events).
• Payment: Cash is preferred. CashApp is accepted. Credit cards are not accepted.

Expect warm temps—high 80s to 90s. Be sure to check the forecast closer to your departure date.

What to Wear + Bring:

• Pack light, breathable clothing for daytime.
• We recommend no more than one checked bag and one carry-on.
• Bring mosquito spray
• Don’t forget your swimsuit(s) or swim trunks—you’ll definitely get wet.
• Water shoes are a plus. If you don’t have them, you can buy them locally.
• Sunscreen is a must—bring it or purchase on-site.
