Party Bus Schedule

This is a charter bus, doing all the transfers for you that weekend. It is not personal transportation. You will need to meet at the listed times to take advantage of what you paid for. See information below:

Friday

• 2P Pick up from TYS Airport – This bus will not stop before getting to hotel so EAT & USE RESTROOM BEFORE BOARDING. Adult beverages served.
• We will meet in the baggage claim area. You will get signed in for the weekend and  load the bus. Our team will not arrive until 1:30p-1:45p wearing SET Network shirts. The number to call if you do not see us in baggage claim (AT THAT TIME) is 281.627.6777.

Saturday (OPTIONAL SHOPPING EXCURSIONS – EAT LUNCH WHILE OUT)

• Bus Boards: Party Bus People Only
• 9A-9:30A: People Who Purchased Party Bus Only
• Departs 9:45A
• Pick Up From Tanger: 12:30p Everyone (one time pickup)

Saturday Night (FOOD AND DRINKS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE)

• Shuttle Service From Hotel To Majestic Theater
  Boarding 6:30P & 7P only. Meet in front of Inn.
• Return 9:45P & 10P

Sunday – GATLINBURG

• Departs 9:45A
• Pick Up From Ober: 4P

Sunday Afternoon

6P & 6:30P Pick up from hotel to Hard Rock Cafe
Return starting at 8P-9:30P to hotel

Monday Morning – After Breakfast

10A Pick up – Return to TYS
